Delta Sport, Fitness & Nutrition, LLC (DSFN) offers personalized exercise and fitness programming. During each workout, the expertise and motivation of our staff will provide an environment allowing you to gain confidence and to progress in your abilities. We design your training program so that you are never left without supervision and instruction. Our gym delivers the coveted personal training structure in group and individual settings. Based on years of research, we have found that taking out the guesswork for you, our clients, and offering specific actionable tools and directed coaching will bring about the most consistent advancements towards your goals.

Semi-Private & Personal Training

Semi-Private and Personal Training sessions are the most thorough training settings available at DSFN. Subsequently, they offer the highest quality of attention between coach and client. Semi-Private and Personal Training are appropriate for performance-based goals that would benefit from individual attention. In addition, this structure may be necessary for movement-based goals that require our trained fitness professionals’ detailed elaboration.

Semi-Private sessions are a build your own group model. Friends or family members are trained in a group of no more than 4 athletes per coach.

Semi-Private & Personal Training packages are varied by frequency. Bulk package discounts are available.

Group Exercise

The paramount focus of DSFN during Group X is delivering personalized care. The ratio of athletes to coach will never exceed 8 to 1. The purpose of this setting is to maintain a high-quality of instruction and an environment conducive to learning new movements, then safely and properly executing those movements. Group exercise at DSFN uses a circuit-based format that revolves around traditional and functional resistance-training that also includes metabolic conditioning.
